The Engagements section is your main space for interacting with initiatives hosted on the Citizen Engagement Platform (CEP). Each engagement is created by an institution or organization and provides citizens with opportunities to contribute directly to policy-shaping and decision-making processes.
When you open an engagement, here’s what you can expect to see and do:
1. Engagement Overview
- A brief description of the institution or organization that created the engagement.
- The engagement title and details, including start and end dates.
2. Engagement Phases
- A clear view of the different phases of the engagement (for example: open for comments, survey period, proposal submission, or final consultation).
- Each phase guides you on what type of participation is possible at that time.
3. Stay Updated
- Use the Follow option to stay connected to an engagement.
- Followers receive notifications and updates when new activities or changes occur.
4. Participate in Activities
- Join in through surveys, polls, events, or document consultations.
- Share your opinions and contribute to shaping ideas in real time.
5. Proposals (Optional)
- Depending on your user settings, you may see the option to submit a proposal.
- Proposals allow you to share structured suggestions or solutions directly within the engagement.
6. Interact with the Community
- Post comments to discuss or share feedback with other participants.
- Send a message directly to the engagement administrator for clarifications or additional input.
