The Institution Profile section allows Institutional Admins to manage and update the details of their organization on the Citizen Engagement Platform (CEP). These details appear publicly on the platform and help users understand who is behind each engagement.
1. Accessing the Institution Profile
Institutional Admins can access their institution’s profile from the Institutional Dashboard under the Institution Profile or Settings section.
2. Editing Institution Details
From the profile page, you can update the following fields:
- Institution Name
The official name of the organization. - Logo
Upload or update the organization’s official logo. - Institution Type
AU, REC, or Other (predefined during creation but may be editable depending on permissions). - Contact Information
Email, phone numbers, and physical address (if applicable). - Web Presence Information
Add or update website links, social media profiles, or other online channels.
After editing, click Save to publish updates.
3. Engagement Phases
In the Manage Engagement Phases view, you will see a list of all phases, including:
- Order – the sequence in which phases occur
- Name – the title of each engagement phase
- Description – a brief explanation of what happens during the phase
- Status – Active or Inactive
- Actions – options to Edit or Delete a phase
You can reorder phases using the up/down arrows to adjust the engagement flow.
