Surveys

To create a survey for an engagement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the engagement dashboard.
  2. Locate the “Surveys” section.
  3. Click on “Add New.”
  4. Add the survey details, such as the name, description, and dates.
  5. Click on “Submit.”
  6. Add a new section and description.
  7. Click on “Add Question” and select the type of survey question.
  8. Click on “Publish.”

To view the survey results, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the engagement dashboard.
  2. Locate the “Surveys” section.
  3. View the list of surveys.
  4. Click on the survey that you want to view the results for.
  5. On the actions menu, you can edit, delete, or view responses.
