To create a survey for an engagement, follow these steps:
- Go to the engagement dashboard.
- Locate the “Surveys” section.
- Click on “Add New.”
- Add the survey details, such as the name, description, and dates.
- Click on “Submit.”
- Add a new section and description.
- Click on “Add Question” and select the type of survey question.
- Click on “Publish.”
To view the survey results, follow these steps:
- Go to the engagement dashboard.
- Locate the “Surveys” section.
- View the list of surveys.
- Click on the survey that you want to view the results for.
- On the actions menu, you can edit, delete, or view responses.
